Yamaha Releases the New EMX2 Powered Mixer

Yamaha is pleased to announce the Autumn release of the newest model of the EMX Series powered mixers, the EMX2. The new model is built around the concept of giving users with little to no experience with live sound reinforcement a compact, yet versatile tool to configure and operate their own sound system with a minimum of setup and connections.

Yamaha announces the upcoming release of the newest addition to their MT Series professional studio monitor headphones, the HPH-MT7. The new model will join the HPH-MT220 and HPH-MT120, rounding out the lineup of live audio and studio headphones developed around the concept of delivering exceptional precision and fidelity that will provide audio engineers in professional monitoring environments with an ideal platform to build on with their own signature sound.

Yamaha Corporation's "Silent Brass" brass musical instrument muting system and its CX Series of grand pianos received awards in the German Design Award 2016 competition. The "Silent Brass" system, in particular, was designated to receive "Winner" award this year. This is the first time for a Yamaha product to receive this commendation.

Three Yamaha Products Selected in the Good Design Awards 2015

Yamaha Corporation announces that three of its products received Good Design Awards, one of the most famous design awards in Japan, this year. These were the "reface" mobile mini keyboards, "Relit LSX-70 and LSX-170" lighting audio systems, and the "YSP-1600" digital sound projector.
