Yamaha Collaborates With König & Meyer On New Stand And Bracket Hardware.
September 26th, 2024, Hamamatsu, Japan - Yamaha is pleased to announce a collaboration with leading stand manufacturer König & Meyer, which will produce a range of high quality, durable bracket and stand hardware which is fully compatible with Yamaha equipment.
Founded in 1949, König & Meyer is a leading global manufacturer of stands for microphones, speakers and musical instruments. The company's mission is to provide its customers with products combining high quality functionality and robustness, which it achieves by manufacturing almost all of its components in-house.
The first two products from this collaboration will be stands which are compatible with Yamaha monitor speakers and analogue mixers.
The 19400 is an adapter which mounts a small mixer or monitor speaker on a microphone stand. This is a very effective option for musicians who want a mixer at their fingertips or to set up a simple loudspeaker system. It is fully compatible with Yamaha MG series analogue mixers, the mixer section of STAGEPAS BT series portable PA systems and MSP3A powered monitor speakers.
The 19410 allows equipment to be installed on a desk or other surface using a clamp. Compatible with the Yamaha MSP3A powered monitor and MS101-4 compact speaker for multipurpose applications, the stand allows the position and angle of the speakers to be easily adjusted. This allows for a high degree of freedom in installations and is useful in locations where the working space is limited.
“We are very pleased to collaborate with König & Meyer,” says Thomas Hemery, Senior General Manager of Yamaha’s Professional Solutions Division. “The high quality of their products will further increase the versatility of our mixers and loudspeakers. We are looking forward to expanding the new range in the near future, offering even greater flexibility to Yamaha end users.”
