Firmware Installation Procedure
[Notice to users of the firmware V1.41 and earlier versions.]
After you’ve updated the firmware to this version, the System, MIDI, User Effect, and Registration data are initialized the first time you start up again.
- Save the MIDI Setup File and User Effect Setup file before updating, and load after updating.
- Save Registrations to the file before updating.
- Even if you save the System Setup file before updating, it cannot be loaded after updating.
- If you save the Backup data before updating and restore it after updating, the System, MIDI, User Effect and Registration data will not be restored.
Before executing the update, we recommend that you back up important data to an external drive using the backup function or data copy function, in case some trouble occurs.

- Fixed a problem in which, with firmware version 2.00 or later, the pitch detection accuracy of Vocal Harmony decreases when the input volume from the MIC INPUT jack is low, and the original harmony sound could not subsequently be obtained.

- You can now search through the following contents: Voice, Style, Song, Multi Pad, and Playlist
- You can now play multiple Audio Link Multi Pads simultaneously. You can also switch to the behavior in which only one Pad can be played back at once, as in version 1.10 or previous. This setting is made from the display called up via MULTI PAD CONTROL [SELECT] -> [Menu].
- You can now select and play an Audio Style file on the USB flash drive directly.
- You can now edit Audio Styles with the Style Creator function.
- You can now select the Drum Kit of the "Expansion" folder on the Drum Setup window of the Style Creator.

Bien que vous soyez propriétaire du support de stockage dans lequel le LOGICIEL est stocké, le LOGICIEL lui-même est la propriété de Yamaha et/ou des concédants de licence de Yamaha, et est protégé par les lois sur les droits d'auteur en vigueur et toutes les dispositions des traités applicables. Le présent accord entre en vigueur le jour où vous recevez le LOGICIEL et reste en vigueur jusqu'à ce qu'il soit résilié. En cas de violation d'une loi sur le droit d'auteur ou d'une disposition du présent Accord, celui-ci sera automatiquement et immédiatement résilié sans préavis de la part de Yamaha. En cas de résiliation, vous devez immédiatement cesser d'utiliser le LOGICIEL et détruire tous les documents écrits qui l'accompagnent ainsi que toutes les copies de ces documents.
4. EXCLUSION DE GARANTIE SUR LES LOGICIELS
Si vous pensez que le processus de téléchargement était défectueux, vous pouvez contacter Yamaha, et Yamaha vous permettra de télécharger à nouveau le LOGICIEL, à condition que vous détruisiez d'abord toutes les copies ou copies partielles du LOGICIEL que vous avez obtenues lors de votre précédente tentative de téléchargement. 6. LOGICIEL LIBRE
Ce LOGICIEL peut inclure le logiciel ou ses modifications qui incluent des licences open source, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, la GNU General Public License ou la Lesser General Public License (« LOGICIEL OPEN SOURCE »). Votre utilisation des logiciels libres est soumise aux conditions de licence spécifiées par chaque détenteur de droits. SI, dans les documents écrits ou les données électroniques accompagnant le logiciel, Yamaha identifie tout logiciel et toute donnée en tant que LOGICIEL TIERS, vous reconnaissez et acceptez que vous devez respecter les conditions de tout accord fourni avec le LOGICIEL TIERS et que la partie fournissant le LOGICIEL TIERS est responsable de toute garantie ou responsabilité liée à ou découlant du LOGICIEL TIERS. Yamaha n'est pas responsable envers vous ou toute autre personne de tout dommage, y compris, sans limitation, tout dommage direct, indirect, accessoire ou consécutif, dépenses, perte de profits, perte de données ou autres dommages résultant de l'utilisation, de la mauvaise utilisation ou de l'incapacité d'utiliser le LOGICIEL TIERS.
AVIS DE RESTRICTION DES DROITS DU GOUVERNEMENT DES ÉTATS-UNIS :
Le logiciel est un « article commercial », tel que ce terme est défini dans le 48 C.F.R. 2.101 (oct. 1995), consistant en un « logiciel informatique commercial » et une « documentation de logiciel informatique commercial », tels que ces termes sont utilisés dans le 48 C.F.R. 12.212 (sept. 1995). Conformément à 48 C.F.R. 12.212 et 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 à 227.72024 (juin 1995), tous les utilisateurs finaux du gouvernement des États-Unis doivent acquérir le logiciel avec les seuls droits énoncés dans le présent document.
8. GÉNÉRALITÉS
Le présent accord est interprété et régi par le droit japonais, sans référence aux principes de conflit de lois. Tout litige ou procédure est porté devant le tribunal de district de Tokyo au Japon. Si, pour quelque raison que ce soit, un tribunal compétent estime qu'une partie du présent accord est inapplicable, le reste de l'accord reste pleinement en vigueur. Tous les avis juridiques, les avis de litiges et les demandes d'arbitrage, ainsi que tout autre avis visant à modifier les présentes dispositions ou à faire valoir des droits légaux doivent être envoyés par écrit à l'adresse suivante :

9. INTÉGRALITÉ DE L'ACCORD
Le présent accord constitue l'intégralité de l'accord entre les parties en ce qui concerne l'utilisation du LOGICIEL et de tous les documents écrits qui l'accompagnent et remplace tous les accords ou conventions antérieurs ou contemporains, écrits ou oraux, concernant l'objet du présent accord.
10. AMENDEMENT
Yamaha peut modifier, réviser ou mettre à jour cet Accord à sa discrétion. Toute modification ou mise à jour que Yamaha apporte à cet Accord sera effective après que vous ayez accepté les conditions mises à jour de cet Accord ou utilisé ce LOGICIEL.
