[Digital piano] No sound is output even when the power is on.

When no sound is output even though the power is on, check the following points.
Make sure that nothing is connected to the headphone jack.
When a pair of headphones, conversion adaptor, or pedal cord is connected to the headphone jack, no sound is output from the internal speaker.
A: Nothing is connected (correct)
B: Conversion adaptor is connected (incorrect)
Make sure the speaker setting is set to “Normal” or “ON.”
- Normal: The speaker will sound only if headphones are not connected.
- Off: The speaker will not sound. You can only hear the instrument sound via the headphones or an external device connected to the AUX OUT jacks.
[NOTE]
Depending on the models, the speaker setting cannot be changed. In this case, the speaker setting is not cause for no sound.
Make sure the master volume is not set too low.
Set it to an appropriate level using the slider or knob.
Try to restart the instrument to the factory settings.
[NOTE] This operation may delete the backup settings and data saved in the instrument’s user memory depending on the model.
While holding down the white key on the right end (C7), press the standby/on switch to turn on the power to this instrument.
