[THR Remote] Does THR Remote support Bluetooth connectivity on all operating systems?

Question supplement: I am using the Windows version of THR Remote, but the Bluetooth connection is not working. THR Remote doesn’t show Bluetooth icon for amp pairing.
Only the iOS, Android, and Mac versions of THR Remote can be connected via Bluetooth; the Windows version cannot be connected via Bluetooth.
