[Audio & Visual] Unit cannot be operated with the supplied remote control.

First, please check the following items.
- Check if "RemID Mismatch" is displayed on the unit display when using the remote control.
- Check if the unit or the remote control is exposed to direct sunlight or strong lighting.
- Check/replace the batteries in the remote control.
If the unit display shows “RemID Mismatch”, then the remote control IDs of the unit and the remote control may not be identical, please change the remote control ID of the unit or the remote control.
*Refer to the Owner’s manual for instruction on how to change the remote control ID.
Direct sunlight or a strong light source may affect the remote control’s infrared signal. Avoid direct sunlight and strong light sources. If needed, move the unit and try again.
After checking the first three items if the remote control still does not operate the unit, there may be a problem with the remote control sensor on the unit or the remote control. Please try the following procedure to further troubleshoot.
Using the camera on a mobile phone or digital camera, looking for the infrared signal from the remote control, press the button on the remote control.
- If the infrared signals transmitter of the remote control cannot be viewed with the camera, there may be a problem with the remote control.
- If the infrared signals transmitter of the remote control can be viewed with the camera, there may be a problem with the sensor on the unit. (The remote control is normal)
*1:Some smart phones’ camera cannot capture infrared.
*2:In case of iPhone, only the front camera can check the infrared.
No signal is emitting.
The signal is emitted from the infrared signals transmitter (The remote control is normal)
If there is a problem with the remote control, please consider ordering a replacement.
