YAS-109 Connecting to local network/internet (Wi-Fi)
Ability
A network connection allows you to play various streaming services via the unit, and to talk with Amazon Alexa to operate this unit, or to play music.
Preparing
The Sound Bar Controller app for mobile devices is required to configure and operate network functions. Search for “Sound Bar Controller” on the App Store or Google Play.
Steps
- Download/Install the Yamaha Sound Bar Controller app. Search the App Store on iOS devices and search Google Play on Android devices.
- Follow the app’s on-screen instructions to connect the unit to a network.
* The wireless indicator on the unit glows when the unit is connected to a wireless network.
