Electronic Piano Bench Recall
Dear Yamaha Customer,
Please be advised that selected piano benches sold in a package with Yamaha Clavinova, and Arius digital pianos between October of 2010 February 2011 have been voluntarily recalled.
At Yamaha we always strive to provide the finest in quality and customer service, and as a result we'd like to extend to our valued customers the opportunity to obtain a replacement piano bench.
A list of affected products is provided below. Follow the directions for locating your serial number.
If your piano and serial number is listed below, you are eligible to receive a replacement bench. Please provide confirmation of your piano’s serial number by digital photo or copy of your proof of purchase.
