In light of Covid-19
Yamaha Canada Music Ltd. has been closely monitoring the situation regarding the COVID-19 global pandemic. The news about the virus has been developing rapidly, and we have taken swift action to ensure the health and safety of our employees, as well as the people in the communities where we do business.
Along with taking the advice and direction of public health agencies, we’re going further to ensure the well-being of our staff, our partners, and our customers. Any employee who is able to work remotely will be doing so until further notice.
As for our head office and distribution centre in Toronto, we’re suspending service at our parts pickup and drop-off counter for repairs, and only major carriers will be delivering packages at our warehouse entrance. Also, our sales offices around the country will be operating by phone and online for the time being. Our customer service desk is still processing orders for products and parts and we continue to fulfill and ship orders with help from our Carrier Partners. In short, while we will do our best to support our partners and minimize disruption to our business, our first commitment is to the health and safety of all.
