"Make Waves" Launching Yamaha's New Brand Promise—Announced at the 2019 NAMM Show—World's Biggest Music Products Trade Show
Yamaha Corporation established the new brand promise "Make Waves" as our pledge to our customers. Yamaha unveiled the new brand promise at the 2019 NAMM Show, the world's biggest music products trade show, held January 24-27 in Anaheim, California. President and Representative Executive Officer Takuya Nakata explained the new "Make Waves" concept at the "Yamaha All-Star Concert on the Grand," a major live event held as part of the 2019 NAMM Show.
A brand promise expresses clearly and simply the value Yamaha offers its customers. The expression "Make Waves" captures the moment when customers feel enthusiastic excitement. Yamaha wants to be a company that inspires its customers’ passion and helps them make a step forward to express their individuality, emotion and creativity.
In April 2019, the Yamaha Group will begin to implement the new brand promise worldwide.
Yamaha President and Representative Executive Officer Takuya Nakata commented:
"With 'Make Waves' as our brand promise, we at Yamaha want to continue to be a company supporting the challenges and passion of each and every one of our customers by providing products and services that create enthusiastic excitement among customers. As we fulfill our brand promise, we will continue on our journey as an indispensable, brilliantly individual company."
