MEET BILLY BOUFFARD

Saxophonist, arranger, composer and jazz band specialist for various high schools in the province of Quebec. Billy Bouffard has a Master’s Degree in Jazz Performance from the Manhattan School of Music in New York (2001-2003) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Jazz from Concordia University (1995-1998).

Billy is an active freelancing musician on the Montreal music scene and can be heard on a wide variety of projects.

Previously, Billy worked as a band musician and arranger for the 438th Squadron of the Canadian Armed Forces as well as many contracts as a cruise ship musician. Currently teaching at Cegep de Drummondville and Concordia University, Billy is a proud Yamaha Canada Clinician Artist.
