Québec is introducing new consumer protection laws (Bill 29, "to protect consumers from planned obsolescence"). The bill includes obligations to provide replacement parts, repair services, and maintenance information, and prohibitions on using techniques that may make repair more difficult. To prepare for these new requirements, Yamaha Canada Music is actively reviewing our product catalog and repair commitments to ensure compliance.
